Leandra is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Carolina, Washington DC, and Maryland. She has been a part of the military community for over 20 years and offers various types of therapy and medication management. As a former foster child and a Guardian ad Litem, she offers specialized care to children, adolescents, young adults and substance use (relapse prevention & recovery skills).

I am an intuitive healer and certified meditation teacher that specializes in connecting to the energy that has been placed within everyone. Growing up in a military household, I experienced different cultures, understand diversity, and appreciate the differences in people from various walks of life. I use spirituality, my ancestors and life experiences, to lead the way for healing and self awareness. I specialize in energy healing, herbalism, and mindful meditation to cultivate the healing of men, women and children.
